Background
As the European Commission's science and knowledge service, the Joint Research Centre has been providing evidence-based policy support in the area of education, learning and skills since 2005 on many aspects including innovative, inclusive and relevant education and the rise of new (digital) skills and competences needed for employment, personal development and social inclusion.
