The Institute for Transuranium Elements of the European Commission, the Medical University Warsaw and Eckert & Ziegler Eurotope invite you to the 9th Symposium on Targeted Alpha Therapy. Please submit abstracts (500 words max.) to: JRC-ITU-AIT@ec.europa.eu. The deadline for abstract submission is March 1st, 2015.

Registration Fee of 150 EUR for the two day symposium includes:

  • Symposium proceedings
  • Welcome reception Tuesday night
  • Lunch and coffee breaks for all symposium days
  • Symposium dinner on Monday night

 

The deadline for registration is: May 1st, 2015. For more information please see the Event Website. Please be aware, that the registration fee has to be transferred to the account named in the invoice you will receive after your registration. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards.

  • Symposium dinner on Wednesday night

If you wish to bring a guest, please inform us in advance. The charge for accompanying person is 30 EUR for the Symposium Dinner.

 

Travel Awards for Young Researchers

 

A limited number of travel awards for young researchers (Ph.D. students and postdoctoral students) will be available.

 

For application, please submit an abstract as presenting author along with a CV to: JRC-ITU-AIT@ec.europa.eu. Deadline for abstract submission is March 1st, 2015.

 

Accommodation

 

A limited number of rooms have been reserved in hotels located in the city centre (distance to the symposium venue approx. 15 minutes - 3 tram stops). Please make your reservation before April 1st, 2015 using the phrase: "ALPHA DAYS".

 

Cancellation Fees & Disclaimer

 

Cancellation after March 31: 50 EUR + potential costs for transfer/wiring.

We may cancel an event due to commercial or organizational reasons. In this case, we will refund all attendance fees which already have been paid. We will not refund any additional charges arising from the participant having to cancel or rebook transportation or accommodation which he or she arranged.


We would like to point out the possibility of booking business rates with transport companies such as rail or airlines that can be cancelled free of charge, or of taking out a seminar cancellation expenses insurance.
