New EU eGovernment factsheet just published!

EU eGov factsheet

Are you looking for a comprehensive overview of eGovernment in the EU? The European Commission has published the annual update of the EU eGov factsheet. The document compiles the facts and figures on the current state of play of eGovernment in the EU.
In 80 pages, the new factsheet summarises the main strategic directions, funding mechanisms and achievements in eGovernment since the previous year. One of the most important updates is the publication of the new European Interoperability Framework and the related Interoperability Action Plan. The factsheet also lists the main eGov infrastructure components and digital services at the European level.

The EU eGov factsheet follows the publication of 34 national factsheets covering all EU countries, and also FYROM, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey. The national eGovernment factsheets are available here.
The factsheets have been published by the National Interoperability Framework Observatory, which is supported by the ISA² programme of the European Commission.
