Governance of EuroGEOSS

The governance of EuroGEOSS is still to be decided, but will be as simple and flexible as possible while allowing for inclusion and leadership.

There will be a coordination group jointly chaired by the Commission (DG RTD and DG GROW) and implementation working groups bringing together existing relevant initiatives.

Governance of GEO

The GEO governance structure consists of a plenary, an executive committee, a programme board, the GEO secretariat as well as a number of working groups.

You can read about the governance of GEO in detail on the GEO website.
