The policy conference brings together high-level speakers to debate and shape the future research and innovation landscape.

Most policy conference sessions are open and operate on a first-come first-served basis during the event.

Sessions held in the auditorium - capacity 600 people - will be livestreamed on screens in the venue as well as webstreamed.

All other rooms have a smaller capacity so please arrive on time to ensure your place. More information on room sizes for the different sessions will be available soon.

Registration confirmation

Registrations for the policy conference are currently at maximum capacity but you can ask to be added to our waiting list and we will get in touch in early September if places become available.

A small number of sessions have limited capacity and require a confirmation email for you to participate. If you are successfully registered you will have received your personalised agenda by email listing the days and sessions you are confirmed for.

Due to the high level of interest in these sessions we are still processing applications.

It is still possible you will be allocated a place for a session you expressed an interest in but have not yet received a confirmation for. Final place allocation will be completed by early September.
