What is the forum?
The first Young Leaders of Industry Forum will take place as part of EU Industry Days 2019 on 5-6 February in Brussels.
The forum will empower and engage young people to contribute to industrial policy making through their innovative discussions on the future of EU industry.
It will be comprised of 2 main parts:
- Day 1: An interactive forum relating to a variety of key themes for the future of European industry (globalisation, sustainability, digitalisation and innovation), where participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions with fellow participants and high-profile industry leaders.
- Day 2: An innovation hack, where participants will be split into teams to deliberate what the main missions of European industry should be today in relation to the economy, society and local communities. All teams will then present their conclusions to the main Industry Days participants.
This event is by invitation only.
