Deputy-Minister, responsible for negotiations on agriculture issues with the EU, other countries and international organisations - Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Chief negotiator for agricultural affairs in the team negotiating Poland’s accession to the European Union.

Graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering (M.Sc 1978 and Ph.D 1982), specialising in mathematical modelling of systems and equipment for energy production.
