• submit your claim by post or e-mail, standard forms are available online
• oral court hearings, if necessary at all, are by video - conference – and you don't have to be represented by a lawyer

The judgment can be enforced in any EU country

The applicant sends a copy of the decision to the courts in the country or countries concerned.
