According to the GDPR, from my point of view I think this website (https://web.archive.org/) violates completely the law. You can save and store any kind of webpage and I don't know for how long it will be saved. On the Wayback Machine website, there is a privacy policy dating back to 2001 and no mention of the GDPR. I think it could be dangerous for the privacy.

On Facebook there are many profiles of dead people which now are became as "commemorative profiles". I suggest to improve the GDPR, inserting that all the websites must specify how long they will allow users to access their personal area (for example: 6 months or 1 year). If no login has been made within 6 months, the company is required to delete the profile and all the data it contains.

CE Marking (feedback submitted by an SME client to Enterprise Europe Network) Third party (notified bodies) inspections relating to CE marking - the rules are not 100% clear, so therefore are open to interpretation. ROHS directive - no definition of 'large scale' as an exclusion - again, this is open to interpretation, and could be solved by introducing some idea of scale or dimensions.

CE Marking (Feedback received via Enterprise Europe Network from an SME client) - CE marking standards are not consistent and do not apply to every product. - this leads to confusion as consumers like to see a CE mark on all construction products and do not understand why some have the CE mark and some do not. - It is hard to understand where ISO standards end and CE marking rules begin.
