Necessary to develope new standards covering new technologies based on mobile phones, tablets and wireless. Very often the standards are related to old technologies, creating this way real barriers to technology devolopement. In the other side, metrological regulations must be complied by all stakholders. Europe must ensure a strong and uniform market surveillance so the players can be at the same level of requirements all over hte market.
