Summary

This evaluation will assess how effective, efficient, relevant and consistent quality schemes are for certain food and agricultural products.

These schemes are:

  • geographical indications – which enable consumers to trust that products have been made in a specific country or region
  • traditional specialities guaranteed – which guarantee that products have been made using traditional methods.
