    The issue is as follows: the regulation 601/2012, stablishes in its Annex VII that test frequencies for coke should be "every 20,000 t AND at least 6 times a year". If a company yearly consumption does not reach 20,000 t, should they still make 6 tests? No matter the amount? Some Competent Authorities are asking them to do 6 analysis a year even if they only receive 3-4 boats a year that doesn’t add up 20.000t; It does not make sense not to...
