    Annex I 1.2.5 Suggested revision for mainly two reasons. First of all, the monitoring body has to monitor by definition, meaning that has to check whether a website is accessible or not, independently from the evaluations made by a third party. If a third party evaluation is accepted, the role of the monitoring body would be diminished. Secondly, 3 years is too long period – a website/mobile app changes significantly in a 3-year time period....
