    It is evident that our ozone layer is regenerating. Saying this, we consider that the ODS Regulation fulfilled its purpose as it stands now. In this respect we consider that there is no need for fundamental changes of this legislation. Some minor elements (e.g. additional exemptions) could be adapted, though.
