    • I welcome the fact that the new regulation includes citizenship as eligibility criteria to register .eu domains. This reflects the increasing mobility in the labour market, and the fact that EU citizens reside in different countries, including outside the EU. • Art. 8 of the new regulation refers to the list of reserved and blocked domain names by Member States.
