As of 20 April 2018, provided your electronic contract has been countersigned by the REA, you should have access to the proposals assigned to you in SEP, the on-line evaluation tool. If you do not, please contact immediately the functional mailbox DIGIT-EFP7-SEP-SUPPORT@ec.europa.eu

Please use your ECAS credentials to log in. As explained in the manual, your first task will be to check the proposals assigned to you and confirm immediately that you can evaluate them (no conflict of interest and you have the relevant expertise).
