The lively discussion with a full house of NGOs, interest groups, academia, EU funds project managers, beneficiaries, national authorities and media touched upon a wide range of issues such as priorities for the future. Participants in particular wanted to know more about the reasoning behind the reduction of the Cohesion policy envelope for Latvia, which has been a Cohesion policy success story country and expressed concerns about the allocation calculation method and co-financing rates.
