- Housing of staff; building projects, rental and management
- Building maintenance and repairs
- Management of office space
- Provision and management of social infrastructure: Interinstitutional Children’s Centre (CPE), Daycare centre (Garderie), Study and Recreation Centre, Restaurants and canteens
- Transport of staff and equipment
- Receipt, dispatch and internal distribution of documents
- Management of conference facilities in Luxembourg
- Office supplies
- Compliance with occupational health and safety rules: security checks, Fire prevention, Hygiene inspections
