Responsibilities

The European School of Administration offers a range of learning and development opportunities for EU institution staff including

  • training for new staff
  • training in basic workplace skills
  • management and leadership development programmes
  • wellbeing workshops
  • an annual compulsory training programme for about 80 EU institution assistant-level staff who have been identified as being potential administrators
  • short study visits for young European civil servants  whose jobs involve EU questions through the Erasmus for Public Administration programme
