About this consultation
We welcome all citizens and stakeholders interested in culture and history of Europe to respond to this consultation. Especially we welcome those who have visited any of the cultural heritage sites bearing the European Heritage Label or have been engaged with it either as a partner or a staff member.
Objective of the consultation
The aim of this public consultation is to gather the views of all interested citizens and organisations on the role that cultural heritage can play in bringing European citizens closer to the Union, specifically through the European Heritage Label action. A second aim is to receive additional information about the operation and results of the action during the first six years since its creation (2011-2017), which could not be gathered through desk research.
