Completion studies to upgrade the Serres suburban road - Section A 'axis' Serres-Drama-Kavala

The Action covers the remaining studies for the upgrading of the section "Serres Ring Road", of an approximate length of 15.5 km, which is the first section of the axis Serres-Drama-Kavala. The design speed is 120 km/h.

The Action will contribute to:

 i) the upgrading of the section's geometry to eliminate traffic congestion,

 ii) a high level of service both in design speed and safety, and

iii) a positive impact on the regional economy.

The Action covers the:

  • completion of the final structure designs (for bridges, interchanges and underpasses);
  • review of the final structure designs;

 

 

The action is closed.
