2012 MAP Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Call including EETS

INEA ceased operations on 31 March 2021. The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) was established on 1 April 2021 to take over its legacy portfolio as well as additional EU funding programmes.

The 2012 Multi-Annual work programme Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Call had a budget of €50 million. This Call is now closed.

Application Form Part A: draft word template

This word format of Application form Part A, which is very similar to the Form available in the eSubmission module, does not need to be filled in.

It is put online only in the case that some applicants encounter difficulties with the eSubmission module, and want to fill in and print some sections of the Application form Part A in advance in order to be able to get the signatures of the competent authorities and the diffferent applicants (in the case of multi-applicants proposals) on time.

Electronic submission using the eSubmission module remains mandatory.

Standard model Decision

The model decision is currently under revision to adapt it to the new Financial Regulation (Regulation (EU, EURATOM) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union and repealing Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002). It shall apply as of 1st January 2013. The new Financial Regulation is introducing changes in the definition of eligible cost (Article 126), pre-financing guarantees (Article 134) and the interest on pre-financing for grants.
