The TEN-T Executive Agency is organising a series of meetings between its staff and beneficiaries to simplify and improve procedures and combine synergies to find more effective ways for you to manage projects, especially:
Consequently, the Good Practice Working Group on Financial and Project Management has been created and it is already scheduled to meet twice during the remainder of 2010 to address the topics proposed by beneficiaries. Membership of the group is voluntary and still open. If you wish to know more about how to join and participate to its meetings (and propose one of the pre-identified topics for discussion), please send an email to TENEA-financial-report@ec.europa.eu enclosing the call for interest form .xls (88 KB).

This meeting will be devoted to further identifying topics, initiating the debates, and organising smaller working groups to advance the outcomes of the discussions to produce the draft info fiches.
6 December
Meeting details will be available at a later date.
The meetings will start around 9.30/10.00 and finish at 16.30 (more details will be available shortly), will be held in English without interpretation in any other European language and will take place in the TEN-T Executive Agency premises in Brussels, Belgium. Please note that you will be responsible for your own travel and logistics costs concerning your participation.
