This year's TEN-T Days exhibition will showcase innovative projects and ideas that contribute to European transport infrastructure development. Participation in the exhibition will be free of charge to stakeholders who contribute towards this goal, within the space limits of the conference venue. Stands showcasing the innovative aspects of their project, as well as projects on multimodality will be given priority.
The exhibition space will include a presentation area where we invite innovative companies and entrepreneurs to present their ideas on the future of mobility, starting with an opening event in the presence of Commissioner Bulc on Wednesday 25 April at 10.00. This would be a great opportunity to reach out to potentially more than 2500 participants from across the European Union including public authorities, transport companies, project promoters, public and private banks, investors. Participants will be able to vote on the best ideas which will then be presented to the whole audience at the Gala dinner on 26 April. Please apply to present via this form as well.
The exhibition will take place on 25-27 April 2018 in two halls of the conference venue, the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, and in a large outdoor space.
If you are interested in participating as an exhibitor, please complete and submit the short form below by Thursday, 1 March 2018 at the latest. The European Commission will select exhibitors on a first come first served basis. Your registration does not guarantee participation in the exhibition due to space limits of the conference venue; however we will try to include as many participants as possible.
We encourage clustering of projects in order to show more beneficiaries and highlight synergies. If you would like to showcase a cluster of projects, please indicate the project coordinator and project in lead in the 'About you' and 'About your project' sections and add all other projects and contact persons in the additional fields.
We also encourage you to present your project's achievements in an attractive and interactive way, to make the exhibition a truly unique experience for its visitors. Please describe shortly your stand idea in the respective field.
The standard stand size is 2x2 metres and includes a table, two chairs, an electricity plug and wifi connection. Other stand sizes are possible if justified in the stand idea description. Additional equipment, such as furniture, elements for building stands, audio/video equipment, cables, poster boards, brochure racks, carpeting and other will be available for rent from the venue.
Participation in the exhibition is free but you will be responsible for the production, transport, installation and removal of your stand/materials. You must be available to set up your stand on Tuesday, 24 April and take it down on Friday, 27 April.
All stands will be required to remain up until Friday, 27 April lunchtime. Commissioner Violeta Bulc and other high level participants will do an official tour of the exhibition, where you will have the chance to meet and greet them at your stand (exact timing to be confirmed later on).
A paper version of the exhibition guide will be included in the participant bag, and an electronic version will be available on the event website. A page per stand will feature information that you provide in the 'About your project' section. Please keep your project description under 850 characters if you apply as a single project. The description can be longer for clusters of projects. Please provide high quality images that represent your project and/or logos.
