EU Sustainable Energy Week – be part of it!

INEA ceased operations on 31 March 2021. The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) was established on 1 April 2021 to take over its legacy portfolio as well as additional EU funding programmes.

Creation date: November 20, 2018

The EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) conference will be held in Brussels from 18 to 20 June 2019. A call for organising sessions has been just launched with a deadline on 28 January 2019. We are waiting for you to apply!

Launched in 2006, EUSEW is a two month-long series of activities organised across Europe annually to promote secure, clean and efficient energy. It brings together policy makers, stakeholders and citizens to achieve climate and energy goals for the Energy Union.

The highlight of EUSEW is an annual conference dedicated to sustainable energy policy. During the event, stakeholders are invited to organise sessions, compete for awards and network in a Networking Village.

This year, the conference will feature 60 sessions organised by various European energy stakeholders. Each session will take 90 minutes and will contribute to the event's theme "Shaping Europe's Energy Future". If you are interested, apply by 28 January 2019. More info.

Upcoming opportunities at EUSEW

EUSEW will soon announce how to get involved in other ways.

Next week, a call for competing for the EUSEW Awards will open. The prize recognises outstanding innovation in energy efficiency and renewables.

The Networking Village will be set for EUSEW participants to foster information-sharing and new connections. In May and June 2019, local Energy Days will take place across Europe.

You can follow the event on Twitter, using the #EUSEW19 hashtag.
