Blue Growth

INEA ceased operations on 31 March 2021. The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) was established on 1 April 2021 to take over its legacy portfolio as well as additional EU funding programmes.

The Blue Growth call is part of the Food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, marine and maritime and inland water research and the bioeconomy societal challenge. INEA is in charge of managing two Blue Growth topics linked to transport and energy under the 'Boosting innovation for emerging Blue Growth activities' pillar.

The calls for project proposals managed by INEA have been closed. In total seven projects have been selected for funding:
