INEA is looking for new experts to assess the financial readiness of project proposals submitted for EU funding. Are you an experienced financial expert with skills in one or more of these fields: financial due diligence, credit application review, financial structuring or bankability analysis, transport/infrastructure financing, Public-Private Partnership or concession, asset-based, project-based or structured finance? Would you like to apply your evaluation skills in a new context, and contribute to a new form of public support to projects with EU added value, combining grants with external financing? |
Sign up to the European Commission's expert database by 1 September 2017!
The expert assignment offers you:
The selected experts will assess the financial readiness of project proposals submitted for the CEF Blending call.
Relevant expertise
Experts will be called to evaluate financial readiness by measuring (within a limited time) potential delays on implementation of financing. They will have to assess real investment cases and new business models in various settings across Europe.
Availability for a maximum 10 day period in Brussels
Evaluations of the project proposals will run for two weeks from 11 to 22 September 2017 in Brussels where your presence will be required maximum 8 hours a day. If selected, you will be able to indicate your availability for one or both weeks in the 'availability check'.
No conflict of interest
Financial readiness evaluators cannot under any circumstances have a conflict of interest with any of the organisations submitting a project proposal. You will have to sign a declaration on confidentiality and absence of a conflict of interest before you can read the proposals.

INEA will select the CEF Blending call evaluators by 22 May 2017. If you want to be considered, please apply by 20 May 2017.
