Municipality of Norrköping (Sweden)
This Action concerned the identification of investments in infrastructure and other measures to optimise flows and interfaces between the East Link (first section of high speed system Stockholm-Norrköpping-Linköping) and Norrköpping local transport network, including Cost-Benefit Analysis.
Shortcomings in the current network and suggestions for improvement of the following areas have been identified and compiled:
A set of studies were produced, with the objective of producing an initial engineering project for the coherent transport network (including pedestrian, bicycle and public transport) and a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP). The Action was coordinated by the Municipality of Norrköping, and counted with the involvemenbt of AB Östgötatrafiken and Region Östergötland.
