The Action "Works on the Warsaw Ring Railway" is situated on the pre-identified Gdansk-Warsaw-Katowice section of the Baltic-Adriatic Core Network Corridor.

It foresees the following works:
- modernisation of the railway line in a section of about 20 km
- reconstruction of 8 railway viaducts
- construction of 1 platform in the Warszawa Gdanska station, together with access routes, lifts and auxiliary equipment
- modernisation of 1 track underpass for pedestrians
- construction of 3 overpasses for pedestrians
- construction of 2 passenger stops
