Last modified:
May 2019

The CEF eInvoicing building block supports public administrations in complying with the eInvoicing Directive 2014/55/EU, in particular the new European eInvoicing standard (EN).

The objective of this Action is to upgrade 10 eInvoicing solutions to compliant with the EN. The following eInvoicing solutions will be upgraded: Babelway B2B integration Software-as-a-Service; eVerbinding-eConnect ; TradeHub by EDI Factory/Celtrino; by Aksesspunkt; Storecove Platform by Datajust; Edionet by VIADUCT; INTESA European B2B Invoice ;Advalvas Invoice Manager Officient; and eefacta Server by Unimaze.

Moreover, 10 PEPPOL Access Points (based on AS4 eSENS profile) operated by the beneficiaries of this Action will be adapted, tested and validated in order to enable the use of both syntaxes (UBL 2.1 and CEFACT/CII) corresponding to the EN when exchanging invoices via the Access Points. This Action does not include the setup of Access Points.

Upon completion of the implementation, the beneficiaries will carry out interoperability and eInvoicing conformance tests. Communication activities will be also carried out to disseminate the project results at European level and from both the consortium and each entity perspective.
