The CEF funding for the eHealth Digital Service Infrastructure (DSI) supports actions aiming to set up the necessary infrastructure for the exchange of health data across national borders within the EU and for the provision of interoperable eHealth services.

This Action aims to support Czech Republic's efforts to be part of this secure peer-to-peer network allowing the exchange of Patient Summaries (PS). This service will be approved and deployed according to the following release plan:

  • In 2018 Patient Summary service, as country where the patient is affiliated or treated.

The system developed during the action will be connected to the PS regional and national infrastructure.

At the end of the Action, Czech Republic will be ready to take part in the EU-wide exchange of Patient Summary through the National Contact Point for eHealth (NCPeH).
