Security Union: Commission welcomes the European Parliament’s backing of ETIAS and eu-LISA

Thursday, 5 July, 2018

The positive votes on ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) mean that the Union has taken another step in closing existing information gaps and therefore making our citizens safer. Commissioners Avramopoulos and King welcomed today’s vote with the following Statement.
