Executive summary

The report of this project defines a comprehensive framework of 105 indicators drawing from existing ones (98) and proposing new indicators (7), which are inspired by some good examples of indicators used in Europe and beyond. The project puts also forward suggestions on methodological improvements of some currently used indicators. It also provides for a strategy of implementation of the pilot measurement framework.
