The Action Plan on Youth Drinking and on Heavy Episodic Drinking (Binge Drinking) focuses on prevention of alcohol related harm in the fields of youth drinking and heavy episodic drinking. It has a duration of two years and will contribute to achieving the objectives of the EU strategy to support Member States in reducing alcohol related harm.
The Committee for National Alcohol Policy and Action – with representatives from the national governments – shares information, knowledge and good practice on reducing harmful alcohol consumption.
