Notification Under Another Act - 8. Main Content Requirements for the technical condition of motor vehicles in use, roadworthiness testing of motor vehicles. 9. Brief Statement of Grounds The draft has several main objectives: 1. Introduce a roadworthiness test obligation for motor vehicles of category L6e. 2. To verify further the implementation of the manufacturer’s corrective measures during the roadworthiness test. 3. Exempt from roadworthiness testing obligation old vehicles at least 70 years old and older. Vehicles of historical value that are historically in a true and original state are considered to be vintage vehicles under Estonian national law. 4. Modify the originality requirements for old vehicles (tractors and mobile machinery recognised as old vehicles), including as regards coating and interior.
