: In response to the concern raised by the public about the safety of infant bath tubs due to incidents in recent years that resulted in severe injuries to infants, the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection intends to regulate the safety and quality of infant bath tubs. The conformity assessment procedure is either Type Approved Batch-by-Batch Inspection or Registration of Product Certification (Module 2 + Module 3) .Objectives
