07. Description of the measure PAED was set up to create an enterprise network in rural areas. It gives entrepreneurs access to tailored professional advice in their town or place of residence via a network of agents throughout the region. Some 1478 companies have been created, employing 2972 people with a further 253 companies and 858 jobs currently in the pipeline.
