07. Description of the measure
FINALISED<p> Abolition of the minimum capital of €18 000 required for the establishment of a limited liability company. This is expected to have a positive economic effect because it will be easier for small businesses and start-ups to choose a legal status with limited liability. It will make investments in the company more attractive. The required blocking arrangement, bank declaration and the accountant's declaration for contributions in-kind will also be abolished.
