    Description of activities:

    Actividades relacionadas con aspectos preventivos, clínicos, terapéuticos y sociales de las enfermedades en los ancianos. Su objetivo prioritario es la recuperación funcional del anciano enfermo e incapacitado para conseguir el máximo nivel posible de autonomía e independencia, en su domicilio y entorno habitual.

    Atención integral al  «paciente geriátrico» definido como: mayor de 65-75 años, con enfermedad que tiende hacia la pérdida de la autonomía física o social y la incapacidad, con pluripatología, con factores psíquicos y/o sociales que condicionan la evolución de su enfermedad.

    Activities related to preventive, clinical, therapeutic and social aspects of illnessess affecting the elderly. Its primary objective is the functional recovery of the sick and unable to achieve the highest possible level of autonomy and independence in their old home and familiar surroundings.

    The comprehensive care of the "geriatric patient" defined as: older that 65-75, with a disease that tends towards the loss of physical or social autonomy and  disability, with multiple conditions, with psychological and/or social factors that condition the evolution of the disease.
