    Les pharmaciens ont qualité pour : la préparation des médicaments destinés à l'usage de la médecine humaine ; la préparation des objets de pansements et de tous articles présentés comme conformes à la pharmacopée ; la préparation des générateurs, trousses ou précurseurs. La vente en gros, la vente au détail, y compris par internet, et toute dispensation au public des médicaments, produits et objets ; la vente des plantes médicinales inscrites à la pharmacopée ; la vente au détail et toute dispensation au public des huiles essentielles ; la vente au détail et toute dispensation au public des aliments lactés diététiques pour nourrissons et des aliments de régime destinés aux enfants du premier âge ; la vente au détail et toute dispensation de dispositifs médicaux de diagnostic in vitro destinés à être utilisés par le public.

    Pharmacists are in charge of: preparation of drugs for human medicine; preparation of bandadging devices and of all the goods in accordance with the pharmacopeia, prepraration of generators, cases or chemical precursors, wholesaling and retailing, including by internet of all drug, products and objects dispensation; the sale of medicinal plants listed in the pharmacopeia; the retailing and dispensation of essential oil and of dietary milky food for the newborn and the retailing and dispensation of the diet food for the early childhood, and retailing and dispensation of all in vitro diagnosis medical devices for the general public.
