    According to Act 96/2004  on paramedical professions §76b competent authority is entitled to carry out prior check of qualification. The pursue of paremedical professions requires high level of qualification and unqualified personnel might endanger life, health or security of citizens.

    nelékařský zdravotnický pracovník, který vykonává činnosti v rámci léčebné a preventivní péče, kdy na základě indikace a návrhu zubního lékaře a pod odborným dohledem zubního technika nebo zubního lékaře zhotovuje a opravuje všechny druhy stomatologických protéz, ortodontických pomůcek a dalších stomatologických výrobků
