    Vykonávanie sprostredkovateľskej činnosť pre klienta, ktorý prejaví záujem o sprostredkovanie kúpy, predaja alebo prenájmu nehnuteľností na základe zmluvy medzi klientom a sprostredkovateľom (realitnou kanceláriou).
