    Description of activities:
    Činnosť v preventívnej, liečebnej a edukačnej starostlivosti o osoby v oblasti ústnej hygieny v ambulantných a lôžkových zariadeniach. Vykonáva dentálnohygienické vyšetrenie ústnej dutiny, odstraňuje mäkké a tvrdé nánosy zo supragingiválneho priestoru a subgingiválneho priestoru do hĺbky 3 mm fyziologického sulku, leští povrch zubov profylaktickými materiálmi, vykonáva lokálnu fluoridáciu zubov, edukuje osobu o pravidelnej a systematickej dentálnohygienickej starostlivosti, postupoch a technikách čistenia ústnej dutiny a kontroluje ich účinnosť.

    Preventive, therapeutic and educational activities on dental hygiene for persons in outpatient and inpatient facilities. Examines oral cavity, removes soft and hard supragingival and subgingival plaque up to 3mm deep into sulcus, polishes teeth surface using prophylactic substances, performs local fluoridisation of teeth, educates patients on regular and systematic dental hygiene care, procedures and techniques for oral cavity cleaning, and monitors their effectiveness.
