    «ξεναγός» σημαίνει πρόσωπο που κατ’ επάγγελμα συνοδεύει ημεδαπούς ή αλλοδαπούς περιηγητές ή επισκέπτες για παροχή ειδικών πληροφοριών και εξηγήσεων σε θέματα που αφορούν την ιστορία, την αρχαιολογία, τα μνημεία και τα έργα τέχνης τα οποία είναι συνδεδεμένα με τον κυπριακό πολιτισμό, τα μνημεία φύσης και τα σύγχρονα θέματα που αφορούν τη Δημοκρατία.
    Translation(s):
    «tourist guide» means the person whose occupation is to escort local or foreign tourists or other visitors in order to provide special information and explanations on matters relating to the history, archaeology, monuments and works of art, cultural development, natural beauties, sightseeing and generally any other matter that may promote Cyprus tourism (EN)
