    Teikti eisės konsultacijas (patarimus teisės klausimais), rengti teisinę reikšmę turinčius dokumentus, atstovauti teisės klausimais, ginti bei atstovauti bylų procese, teikti bankroto, restruktūrizavimo, turto ir palikimo administratoriaus, lobisto, likvidatoriaus, kuratoriaus, testamento vykdytojo, turto patikėtinio, vertėjo, kiek tai susiję su advokato teikiamomis teisinėmis paslaugomis, patentinio patikėtinio paslaugas, dirbti visų lygių rinkimų ir referendumo komisijose, būti savivaldybės tarybos nariu, Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo nutarimu, Respublikos Prezidento dekretu ar Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės nutarimu būti paskirtas komisijos nariu, taip pat dirbti darbo grupėse (komisijose) teisės aktų projektams rengti ir teikti teisės akto projektui parengti reikalingo tyrimo paslaugas, būti arbitru, tarpininku (mediatoriumi), taikintoju ar teisės ekspertu, kai sprendžiami ginčai. Advokatas gali būti juridinio asmens kolegialaus valdymo ar priežiūros organo nariu.


    Provide legal consultation (advice on legal matters), draft legal documents, represent in legal issues, defend and represent in court proceedings, act as an administrator of bankruptcy, restructuring, property or inheritance, a lobbyist, a liquidator, a curator, an executor of a will, a trustee of property, a patent trustee, interpreter (when it is related to legal service provided), a patent attorney, an arbiter, a mediator, a conciliator or a legal expert in commercial disputes, provide analysis necesary for drafting of legal acts, work in election or referendum commissions, be a member of the council of municipality, be appointed as member of a commision, work in working groups (commissions) drafting legal acts, be a member of the managing or supervisory body of a legal person.
