    Justification for Article 7.4:

    The profession of Dental technician is closely linked to health and safety. In order to ensure the quality of the services provided in our territory this profession is covered by the general system for the recognition of qualification. Public health and patient safety are the priority aspects of the health policy of the Republic of Lithuania.

    Description of activities:
    Dantų technikas gamina dantų ir veido žandikaulių protezus, breketus ir ortodontinius įtaisus (įtvarus), juos vertina, o taip pat tyrinėja ir matuoja paciento burną dantų protezavimui.
    Translation(s):
    Dental technician manufactures dental and facial maxillary dentures,orthodontic appliances and splints as well as examines and measures the patient's mouth for a dental prosthesis. (EN)
