    Description of activities:
    Socialinis darbuotojas turi mokėti: • naudoti žinias apie žmogų ir jo aplinką socialinio darbo procese; • komunikuoti teikiant pagalbą asmeniui, šeimai, grupei, organizacijai, bendruomenei; • taikyti įvairius pagalbos metodus, tikslingai veikiant sudėtingose praktinėse situacijose; • analizuoti teikiamos pagalbos asmeniui, šeimai, grupei, bendruomenei ir organizacijai šeimai rezultatus; • kurti bendradarbiavimo aplinką su socialinio darbo ir kitų profesijų atstovais bei institucijomis, siekiant efektyvios socialinės pagalbos; • analizuoti socialines problemas, naudojant socialinio darbo teorines žinias, socialinių tyrimų rezultatus.
    Social worker have to know • develop the ability to analyze and systematize; • develop the ability to plan and organize; • develop the ability to work in an international environment; • develop the ability to prepare projects an manage their implementation; • develop the ability to create mutual trust relationship with the client and to achieve optimal psychosocial functioning of uncertain situations; • develop the ability to organize and provide support through social work intervention at the work with individual, group, family, organization or community; • develop the ability to influence social policy, analyzing and assessing the social processes, service performance through social work and other areas of theories, researches and practice.
