    Reserved activities: Los trabajos de explotación e investigación que apliquen la técnica minera habrán de ser proyectados y dirigidos por Ingenieros de Minas, Licenciados en Ciencias Geológicas y, dentro de los límites de sus competencias, por Ingenieros técnicos de Minas, Peritos de Minas y Facultativos de Minas.Cuando dichos trabajos requieran básicamente el empleo de técnicas geofísicas o geoquímicas, estos trabajos podrán ser proyectados y dirigidos por licenciados en Ciencias Químicas o en Ciencias Físicas, o por otros titulados universitarios a los que se reconozca la especialización correspondiente.En todos los casos las operaciones que puedan afectar a la seguridad de los bienes o de las personas o requieran el uso de explosivos habrán de ser dirigidos por titulados de Minas.Los trabajos de explotación habrán de ser proyectados y dirigidos por titulados de Minas, de acuerdo con sus respectivas competencias.     Translation(s): Those works in mining and investigation that apply mining techniques shall be planned and directed by Mining Engineers, Geologists and, within the limits of their competences, Technical Mining Engineers.When the aforesaid works basically require the employment of geophysical and geochemical techniques, they can be planned and directed by those with a University Degree in Chemistry or Physics.In all cases, the operations that may affect the security of property or people, or that require the use of explosives, shall be directed by Mining Engineers.Mining works shall be planned and directed by Mining Engineers and Technical Mining Engineers within the limits of their competences.
