Administración concursal (actividad compartida): La modificación de la redacción del artículo 27 de la Ley concursal 22/2003 por los artículos 60 y 61 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 5 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Concursal, de acuerdo con la Disposición Transitoria Única de este último, no entrarán en vigor hasta que se apruebe el reglamento a que se refiere la disposición transitoria segunda de la Ley 17/2014, de 30 de septiembre, por la que se adoptan medidas urgentes en materia de refinanciación y reestructuración de deuda empresarial. Por lo tanto, permanece en vigor la redacción dada por la Ley 17/2014, de 30 de septiembre, al artículo 27 de la Ley concursal 22/2003 según la cual la administración concursal estará integrada por un único miembro, que será abogado, economista, titulado mercantil o auditor. También podrá ser administrador concursal una persona jurídica, en cuyo caso deberá integrarse también por dichas profesiones. 2.Existe una reserva de denominación para el profesional inscrito en la organización profesional.
