    L'attività dell'agente di affari in mediazione si concretizza nel mettere in contatto due o più parti al fine della conclusione di un affare, senza essere legato ad alcuna di esse da rapporti di collaborazione, dipendenza o rappresentanza nei seguenti settori:

    • agenti merceologici (per coloro che intendono svolgere l'attività di mediazione per la conclusione di affari relativi a merci, derrate e bestiame),
    • agenti in servizi vari (per coloro che intendono svolgere l'attività di mediazione per la conclusione di affari nel settore servizi).




    Connects two or more parties with a view to concluding a deal, without being tied to any of them from working relationships, addiction or representation in the following areas:
    • commodity agents (intermediaty brokerage for the conclusion of business related to the merchandise, foodstuffs and livestock)
    • agents in various services (intermediaty brokerage to conclude business in the services sector).

Each country is responsible for updating information, on its regulated professions, competent authorities and statistics.
